My dear friend, Russell Try this next time you miss "going thru the motions" - sit down, take a deep inhalation... hold... exhale fully. Repeat over and over for about 5 minutes. You could visualize breathing in health, vitality, peace, love...etc. Its a wonderful process. Congratulations on going smoke free!! SJE

I heard that drug is pretty bad for you - worse than smoking? Not sure but it does give you wicked dreams. Be careful with it!! I like the advice SJE gave.

Hi, Thanks for the advice and comments! I've read about things like the suicidal thoughts thing that a lot of brain drugs seem to rarely elicit. Dreams seem to be extent of it and the ones that I remember are never nightmarish. Thanks for your concern. I'm out of the drug and was thinking of stocking up immediately this morning so I wouldn't jones but so far, I feel like not smoking (residual probably). So pretty soon, I'll get some more. I will also re-skim the leaflets enclosed for any physiological effects that I might have glossed over. yogini -- I have used some breathing techniques. I did the same last year with bupropion and was quit for quite a while but started again with the visit home. This drug is definitely the better of the two and chemically, I can see why.
